Is the 256 MB ATI RADEON 9800XT AGP 4X/8X Video Graphics Card good enough to play Fallout 3 on PC?

I just bought the 256 MB ATI RADEON 9800XT AGP 4X/8X Video Graphics Card for my computer and I was wondering if it met minimum requirements.|||This graphics card does met minimum requirements for Fallout 3 and considering the just the chipset it is slightly better.
