Would my AGP 4x video card work for todays games?

I just bought a motherboard from 2003. It has 2 gb's of memory, penteum 4, 512 of ram, max ram is 2 gbs. It comes with a brand new AGP 4x video card. Will it work for todays games?|||Simply.... NO................ todays video card come in PCI-E 2.0 16x slots....... yours is 4 times as slow at best!!!!

what do you mean by todays games??? u cannot play Call of Duty, Sims 3, Crysis, any intense shooter...... any high 3D games............. u can play.. all the games that came with your computer, counter-strike, age of empires, any game made before 2004|||>It comes with a brand new AGP 4x video card.

Bit of an oxymoron isn't it? AGP is definitely not new..

I don't think a computer from 2003 is going to handle any games made 2009.. its far too old to handle any recent games.

And your 2 GB hard drive is laughably small. A DVD can hold 2.5 times more data than your drive can -- there's no way you can install any games on that. The minimum requirement of most games nowadays is 20 GB.

Think it's time for a new desktop...
